Have you ever had a sickness or disease so bad you wanted it to disappear instantly? Was there a possibility you could die from the headache you had? Has there ever been a time you wanted to die and couldn't? You might be glad you survived, on the other hand you still may want to 'POOF' be gone.
You can be healed from any sickness or disease if you believe you can.
Well I believe in the power of positive thinking. I have a hard time with that though but over the last few months I have challenged myself to think differntly about things that happen in my life or learn to cope with them differently and it has helped. I do know that stress can make you ill and some of the things I was suffering from have subsided...
ReplyDeleteUnforgiveness is the greatest of the violations the human spirit can make. When a person holds anger, bitterness and contempt inside, it putrifies the pureness of the soul and spirit.The spirit holds the life of mankind it is the light that shines inside. If that light gets dim or goes out because of unforgiveness,a sickness develops. Over a period of that cancer eating away on the inside, one dies slowly and with great misery. In a state of agony, pathetically hoping someone will share their misery. Bottom line, they don't want healing. What they want is someone to agree with them and form an alliance mainly of negativity as you so politely put it.
ReplyDeleteHealing comes in many forms. The mental state usually dictates how we function in society. Our Kismet should be one people want to be a part of and can't easily march right in and get comfortable. The exciting thing about being one who heals is you must walk in a degree of healing. If you suffer from hundreds of maladies, depression, oppression and lazinesss, I believe it would be hard for you to be a conduit for healing. You can tell someone they are healed, the sad commentary on that rests on how much do they believe what you say, or even believe the words they say. I can sit in a garage all day, and say I am a car, but, that doesn't make me one.
ReplyDeleteThere are healing scriptures and confessions of faith that will cause divine healing to take place in you. Why? you are reminding God that you know what He said concerning your health and wellness.

Exodus 15:26 NIV
He said, "If you listen carefully to the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right in his eyes, if you pay attention to his commands and keep all his decrees, I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the LORD, who heals you
Exodus 23:25 NIV
Worship the LORD your God, and his blessing will be on your food and water. I will take away sickness from among you.
God has made a declaration He gives the guidelines to follow, we get a mulitplied blessing for obedience to what he asks of us.
Unforgiveness is the greatest of the violations the human spirit can make. I believe this statement totally. I am looking at myself in areas that I know I need to work on forgiveness. I never thought that I would have a problem with forgiving anyone but a situation crept up on me and I often find myself battling with forgiveness. At one point I thought I had forgiven but my blood is chilled every time I remember the incident or speak of the person. I've often heard people say I'll forgive you but I won't forget it... now I find myself in the same situation. Seems like I can't forget it. I am not willing to go to hell for nobody and I know if I don't forgive I won't be forgiven. I pray for a way to get over the betrayal that I feel so I can move on. I have determined within myself to work on being at peace with this situation, it's just harder than I thought it would be.
ReplyDeleteFirst let me say you are not a lost cause, at least you have the fortitude to admit something is off in your spirit. So many people fail so see it and suffer for years. Deep hurts penetrate places we didn't know existed in our spirit. That is a place that says I am too good to be treated this way. Absolutely,that is why it happened to you, so you could see if there is perhaps a little edge tht need to be smoothed out. You can heal your self with the power of your toungue. The power of life and death is in the tounge. We must remember we have years of hurts deeply embedded in our spirits and souls.
ReplyDeleteOne little thing can trigger a spill. Say to yourself, I may be crying today, but ai will laugh today also. Dig up hurts one at a time and don't be hard on your self. I am afriad of the 'perfect ones" they don't do or say anything wrong at anytime. Oh my. Remember, His grace is sufficient for you, for in your weakness is God's strength made perfect. Let crazy, thoughtless people be as lunatic as ever. Say to the Lord only because of your mercy I stand in your presence today. Write it down on paper as the book of Habakkuk says, then roll it in a scroll and burn it up in flames. This is only an act of faith, it is not some mojo junk. Once the problem is ashes blow it away, just like a thought release it and it's gone forever.Have a pure heart. That does not mean pick up the snake and play with it
again, why? You already know it's a snake. Yes, you are better than that and you know it. We must not stoop to bend for a snake, we tread on it's head.
As to betrayal, I will remind all, we betrayed first, when we left our first love. Forgive yourself in the process of forgiveness.

Today I embarked on a power journey. I went to a place to hear the Lord speak to me in a new and powerful way. Much like the journey I had been on, for the past thirty years, I had some redefining to do. The quest to find and dine at a new table had been futile for the past months. Sure I went from place to place, waiting to hear what the Lord would say from the Northern perpective.
ReplyDeleteI yearned to hear the pure unadulterated truth of God, a Rama without compromise. A purity of praise and worship on a corporate level? Are there any more of those places other than where I was reborn in the Spirit. I needed a healing because my heart wanted to hear about our Father from one of the other children. Today I was healed of a hurting heart, when I heard the Word of God from my sister in the Lord at Rehoboth.
